There are many historic attractions in the area including the ancient castles at Alnwick, Dunstanburgh and Bamburgh, Holy Island (or Lindisfarne) with its ruined priory and prominent castle.
Seafields is just 3 miles from the famous wading bird reserve at Budle Bay.
Miles of sandy beaches are also just a few minutes drive away. Walkers will enjoy the Cheviot hills and the surrounding National park.

The Farne Islands, a world famous sea bird reserve, can be visited by boat from the harbour village of Seahouses from where it is also possible to embark on sea fishing trips. 
The tiny harbour village of Craster famous for its kippers is also near by.
Seafields is within easy reach of many golf courses, including our own at Belford.
